We produced a lavish colour cookbook for the British Egg Information Service to illustrate the versatility of Lion Quality eggs and promote the use of eggs in everyday cooking. Celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson wrote the foreword, and the book was sold through the book trade and used in a PR campaign.
