This is one of the latest titles in a series which we publish for Weight Watchers UK, a division of the world’s most successful weight loss operation. It featured in The Sunday Times top 10 bestseller lists throughout January.

Weight Watchers encourages members to abandon crash dieting in favour of long-term healthy eating. But members often need help to learn how to prepare food that is healthy and delicious as well as satisfying. The cookery books therefore play an essential role in Weight Watchers' service to their customers.


In 1993 Martin Books formed a publishing partnership with Weight Watchers and continues to be Weight Watchers' exclusive publisher in the UK. We have produced an extensive range of highly illustrated, affordable cookbooks and a series of guides to slimming and exercise.

Book publishing is an important part of the company’s marketing activities, generating income and publicity. Books are sold at a discount to Members at Weight Watchers Meetings and through the Weight Watchers magazine; they are also available in bookshops and through book clubs. We print foreign editions too and Weight Watchers’ cookbooks regularly feature in national magazines and newspapers.
